In the management dashboard, you’ll find the following with just one click: An overview of expected cash flow for the next 30 days. Taking into account prepaid deposits for stays, we clearly display expected revenue, accommodation sales, and prepaid deposits. Combining this information provides an overview of expected cash flow—that is, how much money you can expect in your revenue in the coming days. For the last 15 accounting days, we’ll analyze your settled documents and invoices, their payment methods, cash register categories, and more. For the last 30 days, we’ll analyze sales for future periods. We’ll show you how many new room nights have been added to the system by day and what expected revenue has been generated from these new reservations in recent days. You can analyze daily increases and decreases in reservations in more detail in the detailed Pick-up dashboard, which allows you to directly edit flexible rates.
