Two forms, one guest
The sign has the name from the portal. The logbook should include the name from the receipt, the country, and the purpose. Whoever transcribes this on Sunday will mix up the departure date, and the statistics will then not match what you actually sold.
Stay Report
Check-in contains the data the guest book needs. Exporting the guest book separates domestic guests from foreign guests. The statistical accommodation report is generated from stays and configured fields, not from occupancy estimates. The morning overview for the manager is too brief for this—the authorities want a different table, and that one must be generated from the same nights.
If data is missing, correct it in the guest’s record. Do not wait to correct it in a spreadsheet, which you can never import back into the system.
