A portal that shows only his property
The owner’s portal displays their units and stays, not the entire hotel. The monthly statement tallies rent, cleaning, and expenses and is sent as a PDF. Expenses and contracts have their own records, so they don’t get lost in attachments.
The front desk handles rebookings in the booking calendar. The owner doesn’t log in to it and can’t move someone else’s reservation.
