Two Celebrations, One Terrace
One group has an email confirmation, the other has paid a deposit. Both will arrive at 6:00 p.m. The staff divides up the terrace, and neither family is satisfied. “Capacity” was a phrase in the listing, not a specific number enforced by the system.
The venue has a maximum capacity and time limit
You register the space with a maximum number of people and whether it can accommodate multiple events at the same time. Reservations exceeding the limit or for a time slot that’s already booked won’t go through. Both the conference hall and the smaller room follow the same logic: whoever is on the calendar gets the slot.
Catering and equipment are part of the reservation. Otherwise, the kitchen will only find out about the group through a verbal message an hour beforehand.
