Summer is here, and the heat has driven us to jump straight from the website into the pool. In collaboration with a supplier of turnstiles equipped with QR readers, we’ve successfully set up an online store solution for selling tickets and granting access to the water park. Customers can easily and conveniently add tickets to their cart, fill out their purchase information, pay online, and we’ll take care of generating the tickets in bulk with QR codes in PDF format, which we’ll send directly to customers via email along with the tax receipt.
Forget about waiting in line at the ticket counter
Convenient. Simple. Fast. Online. Ticket sales options vary, and depending on the turnstile provider’s capabilities, you can restrict tickets by date, entry time, discounted children’s tickets, family tickets, cheaper tickets after 4:00 PM, and more. Creativity and revenue management are up to you. :)
Online Payments and Processing
The client completes each order through a secure online payment gateway. We record the response from the payment gateway, and in the event of a successful transaction, we generate tickets with an QR code for entry to the venue. In the case of multiple purchases, family tickets, etc., we generate as many tickets as the customer actually purchased on the website.
Automatic Generation of a Tax Receipt
You can assign a cash register entry to each ticket in our system. Based on the online purchase, we generate an automatic invoice in PDF format with a sequential numbering series according to your settings. The customer automatically receives the ticket order confirmation via email along with the tax receipt for the purchase.
Of course, we don’t post these documents manually. We stopped doing that a long time ago. They are automatically and accurately transferred to the accounting system and posted.
