Customer Profile
The purpose of the customer profile is to provide users with the most important information about the customer. In addition to basic details about the current stay, the following information is available to you:
- an overview of the guest’s recent stays
- a link to previous hotel bills
- the guest’s cumulative spending
- internal notes about the guest
- the customer’s preferences and favorites
